Return/Exchange Policy
BRILLIANTLYOUTH INC is proud to make high-quality, premium products that are 100% made in the USA and we strive to provide equally excellent customer service. In that spirit, we promise to do everything we can to help you get your perfect fit and style of cups. BEFORE purchase, please reach out to us in one of the many available contact options (https://zilgon.com/pages/contact-us) so we can guide you to your best fit before you place your order.
HOW TO START A RETURN/EXCHANGE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
You must email BRILLIANTLYOUTH INC at assistant@zilgon.com to start the exchange or return process.
You will get a reply within 3 business days asking some questions to see if we can help with an exchange first, then you will be sent a link to our return portal to get a return label.
Refund offer is valid within 30 days of the delivery date.
BRILLIANTLYOUTH INC will require the cups to be shipped back in order to process the refund.
Refund will only be applied once the cups have been received at our fulfillment center.
We do provide you with a return shipping label free of charge via a link to download and PRINT.
We will ship the exchange back free of charge.
You can use the original envelope.
We ask you to send back the cups with their original packaging or invoice so they can be properly identified.
You can use the original bubble mailer we send to you and tape the return label we send you to print on top of the original to ship back.
If you throw away the original shipping envelope, you will need to purchase another bubble mailer to ship the cups back to us. However, the label and cost of shipping will be covered by us.
BRILLIANTLYOUTH INC will return any products due to manufacturing defects and exchange products due to any sizing issue. Items may be exchanged for an item of equal/lesser value. If a product is exchanged for a lesser value, we will refund the difference. If the product is exchanged for a higher value we will send you an invoice to pay the difference.
All refunds (online or in-person) will be issued according to the method of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7-15 business days of processing time once Cups have been received to see the refund show on your original form of payment.
BRILLIANTLYOUTH INC is not responsible for cups bought at a retailer. Cups must have been purchased from BRILLIANTLYOUTH INC directly for our zilgon.com to be honored with the customer.
